In keeping with the spirit of Vini Culture, the "Weinbau" wine bar not only serves excellent wines, but also places great emphasis on hospitality and relaxation, because wine is not only part of everyday life in Italy. With 60 to 100 different selections, the "Weinbau" bar has suitable wines for every occasion, all of which find room to unfold here. Even though the former restaurant "To Beef or Not to Beef" has been completely renovated and the wines are now presented on open shelves to create the atmosphere in the room, the wine bar pays tribute to the former meat institution on two evenings a month with a dinner menu. In contrast, the small Weinbau menu focuses on international tapas - especially the variety of flavours from Israel and Japan.
